Well done to all of the boys for battling through the wet and cold to play a fantastic home match this evening. The boys played amazingly as a team, considering it was their first match as a team, alongside some children’s first ever match!! The match was off to a steady start with both teams scoring goals, however Huntley took the lead remarkably during the second half, leaving a final score of Huntley 8 – 3 Huntsgrove. Excellent sportsmanship and team spirit was reflected tonight. Well done boys and to Ellis for being man of the match.

On Wednesday 4th July, year 6 participated in the GPJ Sports event at Newent, and competed excellently. The children had to work as a team in a range of activities, including long jump, kwik cricket and end ball.
