In Class River we have been learning all about the rainforest! This week we were learning about the different layers of the rainforest and the plants and trees that grow there. We had a great time bringing our learning to life by creating some rainforest models in shoe boxes! We thought carefully about how we could show the emergent, canopy, understory and forest floor layers. We then used our crafting skills to make some different trees and plants.
