Parents & Children

Internet Safety

Within school the Internet can be used by pupils of all ages, by teachers and by managers.  Home internet use is an important part of learning and communication during the leisure time of our children and their families.

However, we recognise that the Internet is managed by a world-wide collaboration of independent agencies and serves mainly an adult audience.  Without appropriate measures, access to unsuitable materials would be possible and security compromised.

At school, we ensure that Internet use supports our schools’ educational aims, that responsibilities to pupils are met and that school requirements are satisfied.

This area of our website is dedicated to signposting parents & children to online safety advice and resources.

Please contact Mrs Hulse or Class Teachers if you would like extra support or advice for keeping children safe online.
