The PTFA are seeking a new secretary. Having someone to fulfill this role is crucial to the future of the PTFA.

What’s involved?

- liaise with commitee to organise meetings

- ⁠write and distribute meeting agendas and minutes (approx once a term)

- ⁠compile information to help run events

- ⁠manage email inbox

- ⁠write annual newsletter

- ⁠assist with communications to parents/liaison between PTFA and school

- work with chairperson and treasurer

- ⁠(and ideally) support with PTFA projects as a normal committee member

Whilst neither hugely time consuming nor arduous, this voluntary, rewarding role does require someone who enjoys being organised.

You will find the PTFA in a robust place, with plenty of support available.

Perhaps most importantly, you will make some great friends and provide invaluable help to the school and its community.
