As part of our Rivers and Coasts topic, we have enjoyed a watery-themed printing project. We have learnt about and trialled lots of different printing techniques; object, rubbing, Mono, string print block and foam. Andy Warhol inspired us to repeat print, changing colours for a fun effect.  

For our final piece we brought our skills together, turning sketches of real lighthouses into foam printing blocks with excellent results. We evaluated and celebrated our successes and the originality of every print.
